NEW PLC-201

SENJO SEIKI’ s newest standard machine takes the features of the PLC-101 several steps forward. It offers a complete redesign of the exterior cabinet combined with new ergonomic features. It is designed for workpieces with a height of up to 3.94” ( 100mm) and a diameter up to 7.87” ( 200mm) . It works on many types of material including steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, resin, ceramic and glass. The cutter spindle offers a rotation speed of 12000 rpm, while the work spindle rotates up to 7 rpm. Additionally, it incorporated an automatic door which opens and closes after the completion of a cycle to allow for loading and unloading, safety light curtain, interior lighting, and PLC touch screen display.

PLC-101

The PLC-101 is designed for workpieces with a height of up to 3.94” ( 100mm) and a diameter up to 7.87” ( 200mm) . It works on many types of material including steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, resin, ceramic and glass. The cutter spindle offers a rotation speed of 7000 rpm, while the work spindle rotates up to 5 rpm.

PLC-102

The PLC-102 is designed for workpieces with a height of up to 3.94” ( 100mm) and a diameter up to 16.73” ( 425mm) . It works on many types of material including steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, resin, ceramic and glass. The cutter spindle offers a rotation speed of 7000 rpm, while the work spindle rotates up to 7 rpm.
